Grounds and location were mind-blowingly beautiful, felt like a million miles away. Free wi-fi, outdoor dining area, restaurant, coffee shop, picnic area. Activities like hiking, canoeing, fishing, snorkeling, golf. Amazing amenities, including sun loungers and beach umbrellas. Children's menu and board games available. Wheelchair accessible. No pets allowed. Air conditioning, no smoking on site. Superb stay!

The rooms at Robyn's Nest Lakeside Resort are absolutely stunning! I was blown away by the breathtaking waterfront views and the outdoor area overlooking the magical Merimbula Top Lake. It made me feel like I was in paradise. As a nature lover, I couldn't ask for a better experience.

Personally, I found the decor a bit outdated, but hey, that's just my taste. Others might still find enjoyment in it.

Located about 1.5km outside the busy town, this lakeside resort offers a soothing escape midway between Melbourne and Sydney. The rooms are spacious, clean and plush, with beautiful views of the river and bush. Guests can relax in the pool and outdoor area, or take a leisurely walk into town on the scenic boardwalk. The service is personalized and friendly, ensuring a fuss-free stay. The homemade breakfast and preserved fruits are a delightful treat.

The wifi signal can be temperamental, especially during peak hours.

The outlook from bedroom & deck through the gum trees to the lake/inlet was stunning. The hosts were very welcoming & friendly. The room was well appointed and immaculately clean. A lovely getaway by the water in the Aussie bush.

Our family had a fantastic week-long stay at Robyn's Nest. The cottage was cosy, comfortable, and nestled amongst beautiful gardens with a view of the lake. We enjoyed fishing off the property's jetty and swimming in the pool. The newly opened Goodenia Restaurant served delicious meals, and the service was top-notch. The cottage's kitchen was well-equipped, and we loved barbecuing on the balcony. The location was perfect for exploring the natural surroundings and only a short drive or stroll to the town center. Plus, we got to see lots of whales!

Whilst the property is outstandingly maintained and clean it's decor is a little outdated. However, the service, quality of breakfast and the location totally outweighs anything negative about the decor.

Fishing over prime breeding grounds, both in the top lake and in the fully stocked catch and release dam. Amazing whale watching from August as these magnificent creatures and their playful young feed & play.

My children wanted more outdoor activities for families with kids.

The location is beautiful and tranquil, perfect for relaxation. Only 5 to 10 minutes from great restaurants.
